Sierra Bravo

The Sierra Bravo program will conduct a targeted study of Wing operations, seeking operational, capability, and technology improvements that will make USAF Wing operations more efficient and effective without adversely impacting operational readiness or capability.

The Sierra Bravo program will help the USAF modernize for the 21st century in a fiscally-constrained environment and properly size and shape the Wing force to meet the challenges of the future. Sierra Bravo is focused on finding the "sweet spot" between warfighting capability, skill set sustainment, and command and control management structure at the Wing level. Sierra Bravo will identify organizational restructuring and technology enablers to assist with meeting specified manpower targets.
