General BAA Frequently Asked Questions
BAA Release:
The following questions are offered as general guidelines for those who are interested in submitting proposal abstracts and proposals to the Information Processing Techniques Office (IPTO) at DARPA. Please choose from the following list of question topics.

1. How can I get a proposer information pamphlet?
You may obtain a proposer information pamphlet by sending a request to one of the administrative addresses listed in the Commerce Business Daily announcement of the BAA, or you may obtain one here.

2. Where can I find the BAA?
All BAAs are published in the Commerce Business Daily and are posted on the DARPA web site. Please note that the Commerce Business Daily publication is the official government notification of the BAA.

3. What communications can I have with the Program Manager or the BAA POC once the BAA is released?
All questions should be submitted to the BAA Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) address provided in the BAA and PIP.

4. Will there be a bidders' briefing prior to proposal submission?
Some BAAs conduct bidders' briefings prior to proposal submission and prior to the BAA release. In either case, the briefing will be announced in the Commerce Business Daily.
