Dr. Mark McClure

Program Manager

Bio:

Dr. McClure is interested in affordable high-performance ISR systems and data exploitation technologies which address the growing needs for persistent ground surveillance of moving and stationary targets. He is currently managing the AACER, CLENS, DB-Lynx, HEDSS, NetTrack and VADER programs and is engaged in new initiatives involving persistent intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR).

Dr. Mark McClure joined DARPA in 2005. Before joining DARPA, Dr. McClure was Associate Leader of the RF Array Systems Group at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. While at MIT/LL he worked on sensor systems and data exploitation techniques for detecting and identifying ground targets. Prior to joining MIT/LL Dr. McClure was employed as a Senior Engineer at the Raytheon Missile System Division performing radar systems analyses and electronics design.

Dr. McClure earned his Ph.D. from Duke University, M.S. from Polytechnic University and B.S. from Northeastern University all in Electrical Engineering.
