Description
The purpose of Modification 10 to BAA06-19
is to change the Principal Point of Contact for the BAA, update one of the Evaluation
Criteria as promulgated in BAA06-19PartII, and specify the order of priority,
or order of importance, for the Evaluation Criteria as listed in BAA06-19PartII.
The following is applicable:
