As a program assistant, Ms. Dykes ensures the accuracy of all DARPA Order Procurement Guidance packages processed by DSO. She maintains the DARPA financial database, moving funds as needed, and ensures database integrity. Ms. Dykes also serves as the liaison to contracting agents regarding financial issues related to DSO DARPA orders. Prior to joining DARPA in 1993, Ms. Dykes was a secretary with the USA Information Systems Software Development Center and was an investigator for the Defense Investigative Service.
